Mr. Frank N. Drexel, PLS,
President & Chief Surveyor
Frank has specialized in boundary and title surveys for over 46 years and has been licensed to practice land surveying in the State of Colorado since 1986. He is one of Colorado’s leading experts in the resolution of complicated boundary and title issues. Frank also provides considerable background in geodesy and has traveled the country providing high-order control for NSRS densification and GIS mapping.
Mr. Daniel L. Alonzo, PE,
Vice President of Engineering
Dan joined CivilArts as its Vice President of Engineering in 2021. Dan is a Professional Engineer Licensed in Colorado and New Mexico. He provides 28 years of experience in the land development field and has experience in small and large single family, multi-family subdivisions, commercial subdivisions and single commercial lots, and retail sites. Dan also has experience in transportation, public work, federal work, and pedestrian and equestrian trail projects. Dan has performed civil engineering work in Washington, North Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, and New Mexico.
Mr. Pete Steger, PLS,
Vice President of Survey Operations
Pete is a talented surveyor with over 40 years of diverse surveying experience. He brings considerable expertise in the resolution of complex boundary and title issues and specializes in surveying for residential, commercial, and infrastructure development. Pete has previously been a principal with a successful Denver area engineering firm.
Mr. Dan Pohly,
Executive Vice President
Dan is the company's Executive Vice President and co-founder and provides over 47 years of surveying experience. He is the company's primary authority on construction staking techniques and is tasked with business development for construction surveying activities.
Mr. Lawrence S. Osborn, LSI,
Manager of Field Operations
Lawrence joined CivilArts in 2003 and has recently returned for a second engagement. He serves as Manager of Field Operations. He is tasked business development for Construction Staking and Unit Construction Services and overseeing their operations. He directs the company's field operations and choreographs our GPS systems and technology. He manages a number of Alta survey, boundary survey, and entitlement projects.
